“Working with Anna led to some really transformative changes in my life over a period of nearly two years. She was extremely supportive and insightful during times of crisis, including when I first came to see her, burnt out from work-related stress and struggling to manage anxious thoughts. I went to see Anna as I was going through a divorce, during the three and half years of therapy, her help has been invaluable. She helped me to cope with the loss of my past relationship, start a new healthy relationship and to get to know and understand myself. Throughout the therapy, Anna helped me to see life from different angles to be more in the moment. She also gave me practical tools and techniques to tackle my anxiety and to make choices. I am not a native English speaker and Anna made it very easy for me to express myself. I actually found that using what is for me a second language, helped me to express complex feelings and painful emotions. I would definitely recommend Anna.
